In addition to our normal class schedule, we also offer special Workshops and Class Series.  Pre-Registration is required for these classes.  Contact us to get your name on the list.  Sign up for our Newsletter or Follow us on Facebook to be the first to know about new workshops and classes.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans change! If you need to cancel out of a workshop or series, please let us know ASAP. 

We can refund 100% of the cost if you cancel 2 weeks (or more) prior to the event. 
At 2 weeks or less until the event, a 50% refund. 
With less than 48 hours notice, there will be no refund.

  • Yoga for the 12 Steps w/ Rosie MILD

    This basic yoga asana class will intertwine the Yoga Sutras and the 12 steps. We will discover how practical tools of the 12-step program and the ancient tools of yoga work together to create a model that truly addresses addiction as the physical, mental and spiritual dis-ease that it is. This class is open to anyone working with addictive patterns or affected by those patterns in others. Come and discover sustainable ways for self-regulation that enhance physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

    This class will guide each one of us to making the personality change that is necessary in overcoming our addictions and constantly chasing desires.

    Discussion followed by asana.

  • Full Moon Gong Bath w/ Ra Ma Kaur WARM

    Come bathe in the sounds of the gong under the energy of the full moon and release what no longer serves your best and highest good. This special event invites a meditative space to reflect on what needs to be seen and what needs to be dissolved. The gong bath opens by tuning in to a higher consciousness and continues by breathing and stretching in yogic fashion.

    This process allows both the mind and body to deeply relax and soak in the sound therapy. Ra Ma incorporates astrological aspects that are occurring at this time in a way that benefits the participants in their cultivation practice. Loose, comfortable clothing and an open mind is suggested.

  • Kaiut Immersion w/ Tucker MILD

    Do you love Kaiut? Then dive deep into the world of Kaiut yoga with this weekend-long immersion. Limited to regular Kaiut students only, we will share eight hours of practice over the course of two days. This is a unique opportunity to dissolve the restrictions in your system and promote healing and overall well-being.

    The scrumptious classes will unwind chronic adhesions in the connective tissue and help strengthen and unlock the major joints of the body. Participants will experience regenerative effects in the whole mind-body system. Come lavish and fortify yourself in a weekend of Kaiut!
