Are you interested in meditation? Heard about all the great benefits and want them for yourself? Try to practice but can’t keep it up?
I can help. Let’s commit to get together for 6-weeks and meditate. I will teach you the basics and we will practice together. We will learn and practice two types of meditation Vipasana (one pointed meditation, for example focal point on the breath) and Metta Loving-Kindness (the use of statements to yourself and others to engender friendliness and feelings of self-compassion).
