Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans change! If you need to cancel out of a workshop or series, please let us know ASAP. 
We can refund 100% of the cost if you cancel 2 weeks (or more) prior to the event. 
At 2 weeks or less until the event, a 50% refund. 
With less than 48 hours notice, there will be no refund.

  • Meditation & Gong Bath w/ Ra Ma Kaur MILD

    Come bathe in the sounds of the gong and release what no longer serves your best and highest good. This special event invites a meditative space to reflect on what needs to be seen and what needs to be dissolved. The gong bath opens by tuning in to a higher consciousness and continues by breathing and stretching in yogic fashion.

    This process allows both the mind and body to deeply relax and soak in the sound therapy. Ra Ma incorporates astrological aspects that are occurring at this time in a way that benefits the participants in their cultivation practice. Loose, comfortable clothing and an open mind is suggested.

    Presenter Info:
    Amber Shadwick is a Yoga Practitioner, Wellness Expert, and Ayurvedic Specialist. Amber is also an ACSM Health and Wellness Coach, 500 E-RYT, AYS, YACEP, IYT, and FYT. Amber has a Bachelors of Arts in Kinesiology and Exercise Science as well as a Masters of Science in Health Promotion. She has a private practice in Brevard, and teaches at BYC and YAM.

    Amber provides healthy lifestyle wisdom, movement therapy, strategies for managing stress and assists individuals in creating and living a resilient life. She does remote transformation coaching with clients across the United States and hosts destination yoga and wellness retreats.
