Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans change! If you need to cancel out of a workshop or series, please let us know ASAP. 
We can refund 100% of the cost if you cancel 2 weeks (or more) prior to the event. 
At 2 weeks or less until the event, a 50% refund. 
With less than 48 hours notice, there will be no refund.

  • Kaiut Immersion w/ Tucker MILD

    Do you love Kaiut? Then dive deep into the world of Kaiut yoga with this weekend-long immersion. Limited to regular Kaiut students only, we will share eight hours of practice over the course of two days. This is a unique opportunity to dissolve the restrictions in your system and promote healing and overall well-being.

    The scrumptious classes will unwind chronic adhesions in the connective tissue and help strengthen and unlock the major joints of the body. Participants will experience regenerative effects in the whole mind-body system. Come lavish and fortify yourself in a weekend of Kaiut!

  • Gua Sha Workshop w/ Kristine MILD

    Gua Sha [gwahshah] is a Chinese Medical technique used to move Qi and blood stagnation and relieve muscle tension. It is an ancient health tool commonly used by acupuncturists and everyday people to relieve musculoskeletal disorders, respiratory issues, boost the immune system system and treat cold and fever.
    Please join us for a Gua Sha workshop led by Kristine Preiser, MSTOM, L.Ac., RYT. Kristine is passionate about the power of Chinese Medicine and yoga. She is committed to combining the two for the highest level of self care. You will learn a brief history of Gua Sha, different types of tools, practical techniques to use immediately on the neck, shoulders, facial muscles and forearms.

    What to expect: to learn new things, to apply practical techniques with a partner and have fun!

  • Full Moon Meditation and Gong Bath w/ Ra Ma Kaur MILD

    Come circle in community with Ra Ma to experience the healing and profound experience of the gong. Within the technology of Kundalini Yoga, it is taught that the gong is the most sublime instrument of the yogi, 'One who plays the gong plays the universe. The gong is not an ordinary thing to play. Out of it came all music, all sounds, and all words. The sound of the gong is the nucleus of the Word.' We will begin our time with cosmic insights in relation to the Full Moon, light stretching, and a brief meditation.     Are you interested in meditation? Heard about all the great benefits and want them for yourself? Try to practice but can’t keep it up?

    I can help. Let’s commit to get together for 6-weeks and meditate. I will teach you the basics and we will practice together. We will learn and practice two types of meditation Vipasana (one pointed meditation, for example focal point on the breath) and Metta Loving-Kindness (the use of statements to yourself and others to engender friendliness and feelings of self-compassion).
