This is our regularly scheduled weekly class schedule.  It is subject to change as we learn and grow.  We also offer special yoga workshops and class series that require pre-registration.  Check our full calendar for information on holiday class schedules and things like that.

Yoga for Athletes WARM
Saturday from 2:30 PM to 3:45 PM

Are you a runner or a cyclist? Is your work hard on your body? Would you call yourself “tight” or “not flexible”? This class is for you! We’ll warm up the body, then work on a series of sports-specific poses ideal for tight and strong bodies. We’ll also focus on evening out the imbalances that repetitive movement can create, and we’ll loosen, soothe and strengthen the muscles you need to perform your best.

Rocket WARM
Friday from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM

The Rocket is a form of challenging yet accessible vinyasa yoga that is rooted in Ashtanga. Founder Larry Schultz combined the first three series of Ashtanga and sequenced his Rocket routines to build strength and stretch the body. (Bob Weir of the Grateful Dead coined the term “Rocket,” saying it gets you there faster.) Expect Rocket classes to be physical yet fun and playful, with modifications of traditional poses for all levels. We’ll alternate between Rocket 1 and 2. Rocket 1 focuses on forward bending, while Rocket 2 introduces more back bending. Both include work for the abs and the opportunity to introduce more inversions and arm balances. Stepfanie trained at Yoga Ah!, a Rocket and Ashtanga studio in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Tuesday from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM

This warm, hour long class will wake you up and get you moving! We'll mix it up between Rocket and a modified version of Ashtanga. Expect a brisk practice tailored to where you are right now. Poses are held for several breaths, but we definitely "flow." These set sequences ebb and flow with you, and you'll find that each day is completely different. The Rocket is a form of challenging yet accessible vinyasa yoga that is rooted in Ashtanga. Rocket classes are physical yet fun and playful, with modifications of traditional poses for all levels. This gentle yet transformative class will take practitioners on a journey from root to crown of the Hindu energy system. By freeing up blockages in each of the seven energy centers of the body, we will clear a path for freshly oxygenated blood and prana to flow into our entire being. Gentle Restorative and YIN WARM
Tuesday from 7:15 PM to 8:30 PM

A slow and soothing class aimed at calming the central nervous system and releasing tension in the body. Some of the postures are restorative in nature and utilize blocks, bolsters and straps, wile others are more Yin in nature. These postures are aimed specifically at deeper layers of the body and releasing, what are sometimes, long held patterns of tension and stress. This class seeks to sooth body, mind and spirit. It is suitable for all levels, including those new to yoga and those looking to release, relax and restore.

This rejuvenating vinyasa flow class uses an organically flowing series of postures to create heat in the body (tapas) to detoxify and burn off what no longer serves while focusing equally on building strength, functional movement, balance and alignment. The end of this class finds you down on the mat holding (yummy) Yin poses for longer periods of time for optimal regeneration & relaxation. In gentle yoga, we enter into the postures gradually—moving in and out of each pose first, and then finding a holding position. This preparation and fluid entry into postures protects and nurtures the joints, muscles, and connective tissue. This type of practice allows you explore your pain-free range of motion and find your edge, so you can come safely and comfortably into the pose, depending on what’s right for your body on any given day. Appropriate all ages and levels. This class is therapeutic in nature - great for athletes as well as those with injuries or pre-existing conditions, past surgeries and limited mobility.
