All-levels flow with variations on sun salutations, balance poses, and lots of space for connecting to your body and your breath.

The Kaiut Yoga Method was created by the Brazilian chiropractor and yogi Francisco Kaiut. This class is designed to promote the healthy biomechanical functioning of our joints. The practice unwinds chronic adhesions in the soft tissue and helps to strengthen and unlock the major joints of the body. Both challenging and restorative, this practice is composed of restful, supported Yin postures combined with finely directed micro engagements that together trigger a release of scar tissue and promote healing. A fun, dynamic, music and cardio charged class combining yoga, tribal movement, strengthening and conditioning with deep core engagement. Buti Yoga has been embraced around the world as the practice honors traditional yogic principles and philosophy while taking into consideration our modern lives and blending exercise, movement and yoga. Students leave feeling energized, strong and connected. Tamara loves teaching this technique because it provides such a connective quality to the self and others, while enjoying feelings of empowerment and increasing self awareness. Yin for Healing – Mind, Body & Soul A Yin practice integrates active stretching asanas which “stress” bone, muscle and fascia allowing the body to reset its memory and alter its areas of tension, tightness and bound up energy. Yin sequences can have a theme focused on body parts, meridians and chakras (energy systems) or a breath and whole body tune up aligned with the seasons. Yin postures are held between 1-10 minutes; to allow for the reset. Props may or may not be used. Class will include breath, intention, yoga nidra or guided meditations aligned with the theme. Yin also serves as an excellent athlete recovery practice; allowing the athlete to stretch on their rest day, adopt a practice to target body areas that tighten during their sport and to stay connected and in tune with their internal systems and energy. The beauty of a yin practice is the ability to arrive in a pose (asana), find the first point of sensation and sit with the feelings in your breath, mind, body and heart. From there, the student can explore staying there or attaining deeper places within the pose. A customizable practice to suit one’s personal needs. Yin allows for a balance of new energy and spaciousness within one’s body, mind and heart while also setting a path for peacefulness in the present moment. The poses build heat, strength and focus… then the practice transitions to more cooling, calming and restorative poses. The body and mind relax into stillness and are deeply nourished by the balance of yang & yin.

A beginning flow class based on authentic movement with intentional transitions between each posture. This class will offer postural holds that cue alignment and stability and will not be a heat building flow class. Do expect a transforming, conscious practice that promotes challenging your strength and creating innovative space to find the variation of asanas that fit your needs and ability. This class will be a class that strives to create confidence within our space and lightheartedness to explore why we come to the mat to practice.

Gentle and therapeutic, this class focuses on alleviating back and neck pain, stretching and strengthening the muscle sets associated with back care (including core and psoas), preventative education on body posture and alignment, and lengthening and decompression of the spine.

1:30 PM- 2:45 PM Women's Power Flow w/ Brooke WARM
An energizing flow class with poses selected for Women's Wellness. Using breathing, mudras, core and full body strengthening from Yoga and Ayurveda to support the many stages of being a woman. We will focus on poses and techniques that support our emotional and physical strength, while connecting with our feminine energies. Enliven the goddess!

3:45 PM- 5:00 PM Intro to Yoga w/ Loretta MILD
Are you looking for the right opportunity to bring yoga into your life? Do you keep making up excuses for why you haven’t taken the first step? No more excuses. Loretta Zedella is leading this 6-week series for those who wish to bring the life enhancing practice of yoga into their world. A true introduction to yoga for those who have never done yoga before (or for whom it is a distant memory). This 6-week series includes fundamentals of breath awareness, proper and safe alignment in beginner yoga poses, and guidance through deep relaxation. Students learn proper technique for moving between poses as well as modifications to make all poses accessible, comfortable and safe. This is a unique opportunity to learn the basic principles of yoga and build a foundation for your own yoga practice that will serve you for a lifetime. It is also an excellent opportunity for more experienced yogis to review the basics. We'll also explore the use of common yoga props and how they can enhance our movement practice. We'll discover ways yoga can help us deal with tightness and tension from modern technology such as tight hips and shoulders. Restorative yoga and reiki is a warm, healing practice combining restorative asana, subtle essential oils, and reiki for deep relaxation, energy balancing, and improving sleep. The practice begins with a short period of gentle yoga to ease the mind and body into a prop supported, restorative asana. After modifications and adjustments are offered for optimal positioning and comfort, reiki techniques are applied for the provision of positive energy and supporting overall well-being. Pranayama (breathing exercises), body sensing and meditative techniques are also practiced to bring you towards a deeper relaxation and a restorative, healing state.

Safely work out knots, kinks, injuries, and chronic pain in the back and neck. Gentle and therapeutic, this class focuses on alleviating back and neck pain, stretching and strengthening the muscle sets associated with back care (including core and psoas), preventative education on body posture and alignment, and lengthening and decompression of the spine.

1:30 PM- 2:45 PM Women's Power Flow w/ Brooke WARM
An energizing flow class with poses selected for Women's Wellness. Using breathing, mudras, core and full body strengthening from Yoga and Ayurveda to support the many stages of being a woman. We will focus on poses and techniques that support our emotional and physical strength, while connecting with our feminine energies. Enliven the goddess!

3:45 PM- 5:00 PM Intro to Yoga w/ Loretta MILD
Are you looking for the right opportunity to bring yoga into your life? Do you keep making up excuses for why you haven’t taken the first step? No more excuses. Loretta Zedella is leading this 6-week series for those who wish to bring the life enhancing practice of yoga into their world. A true introduction to yoga for those who have never done yoga before (or for whom it is a distant memory). This 6-week series includes fundamentals of breath awareness, proper and safe alignment in beginner yoga poses, and guidance through deep relaxation. Students learn proper technique for moving between poses as well as modifications to make all poses accessible, comfortable and safe. This is a unique opportunity to learn the basic principles of yoga and build a foundation for your own yoga practice that will serve you for a lifetime. It is also an excellent opportunity for more experienced yogis to review the basics. We'll also explore the use of common yoga props and how they can enhance our movement practice. We'll discover ways yoga can help us deal with tightness and tension from modern technology such as tight hips and shoulders. To take this class, you must be able to get down to and up from the floor…it doesn’t have to be pretty and there are no other expectations, except a desire to learn. A great way to work on your alignment while enjoying the pace and flow of a vinyasa class. Align and flow combines heating sequences with detailed breakdowns of featured asanas. You will enjoy both a nice workout as well as increased awareness of supportive and safe posture.

8:30 AM- 9:30 AM Kaiut w/ Tucker MILD
The Kaiut Yoga Method was created by the Brazilian chiropractor and yogi Francisco Kaiut. This class is designed to promote the healthy biomechanical functioning of our joints. The practice unwinds chronic adhesions in the soft tissue and helps to strengthen and unlock the major joints of the body. Both challenging and restorative, this practice is composed of restful, supported Yin postures combined with finely directed micro engagements that together trigger a release of scar tissue and promote healing. Participants will experience profound, regenerative, pain-relieving effects in their whole mind-body system. Come lavish and fortify yourself in the wisdom of this burgeoning school of practice. 10:00 AM- 11:15 AM Basic Slow Flow w/ Lyndi MILD
A beginning flow class based on authentic movement with intentional transitions between each posture. This class will offer postural holds that cue alignment and stability and will not be a heat building flow class. Do expect a transforming, conscious practice that promotes challenging your strength and creating innovative space to find the variation of asanas that fit your needs and ability. This class will be a class that strives to create confidence within our space and lightheartedness to explore why we come to the mat to practice.

11:45 AM- 1:00 PM Yin for Healing w/ Bitsy MILD
Yin for Healing – Mind, Body & Soul A Yin practice integrates active stretching asanas which “stress” bone, muscle and fascia allowing the body to reset its memory and alter its areas of tension, tightness and bound up energy. Yin sequences can have a theme focused on body parts, meridians and chakras (energy systems) or a breath and whole body tune up aligned with the seasons. Yin postures are held between 1-10 minutes; to allow for the reset. Props may or may not be used. Class will include breath, intention, yoga nidra or guided meditations aligned with the theme. Yin also serves as an excellent athlete recovery practice; allowing the athlete to stretch on their rest day, adopt a practice to target body areas that tighten during their sport and to stay connected and in tune with their internal systems and energy. The beauty of a yin practice is the ability to arrive in a pose (asana), find the first point of sensation and sit with the feelings in your breath, mind, body and heart. From there, the student can explore staying there or attaining deeper places within the pose. A customizable practice to suit one’s personal needs. Yin allows for a balance of new energy and spaciousness within one’s body, mind and heart while also setting a path for peacefulness in the present moment. Yin asanas welcome your soul into your Self. Honoring the truth in your Self, so you can be true to the world around you.

Experience some HOT YOGA LOVE... This class begins with a vinyasa flow to move, strengthen and open the body while building a beautiful connection to the breath... you'll cleanse and refresh your body while drawing the mind towards a more calm and meditative state. The class then transitions to longer held & more restorative poses to bring deep nourishment to your whole being, with a focus on relaxation and stillness.

7:15 PM- 8:30 PM Restorative Yoga and Reiki w/ Tamara WARM
Restorative yoga and reiki is a warm, healing practice combining restorative asana, subtle essential oils, and reiki for deep relaxation, energy balancing, and improving sleep. The practice begins with a short period of gentle yoga to ease the mind and body into a prop supported, restorative asana. After modifications and adjustments are offered for optimal positioning and comfort, reiki techniques are applied for the provision of positive energy and supporting overall well-being. Pranayama (breathing exercises), body sensing and meditative techniques are also practiced to bring you towards a deeper relaxation and a restorative, healing state.

Inspired from Bikram sequence. Postures incorporate balance, strength, and flexibility. Being taught by a certified Bikram teacher. This class is Recommended for everyone. Whether you are coming to challenge yourself or coming to get out of the cold and enjoy the heat, this class is for you.

8:30 AM- 9:30 AM Power Flow w/ Brooke HOT
Power Flow- Expand on your existing practice with a powerful flowing sequence that focuses on building strength and stamina with dynamic postures. Challenge yourself with this vigorous practice that incorporates breath work, inversions, and the opportunity to level up your poses. Have Fun and Power On!

This rejuvenating vinyasa flow class uses an organically flowing series of postures to create heat in the body (tapas) to detoxify and burn off what no longer serves while focusing equally on building strength, functional movement, balance and alignment. Not only rewarding to your body, this class leaves you feeling refreshed in body, mind, and spirit. Expect to play and have a lot of fun! 85-95 degrees.

7:15 PM- 8:30 PM Restorative Yoga w/ Chantal WARM
Come and center your breath and body - aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. The props assist in helping you to hold poses longer.
