8:30 AM- 9:30 AM Kaiut w/ Tucker MILD
The Kaiut Yoga Method was created by the Brazilian chiropractor and yogi Francisco Kaiut. This class is designed to promote the healthy biomechanical functioning of our joints. The practice unwinds chronic adhesions in the soft tissue and helps to strengthen and unlock the major joints of the body. Both challenging and restorative, this practice is composed of restful, supported Yin postures combined with finely directed micro engagements that together trigger a release of scar tissue and promote healing. Participants will experience profound, regenerative, pain-relieving effects in their whole mind-body system. Come lavish and fortify yourself in the wisdom of this burgeoning school of practice. Safely work out knots, kinks, injuries, and chronic pain in the back and neck. Gentle and therapeutic, this class focuses on alleviating back and neck pain, stretching and strengthening the muscle sets associated with back care (including core and psoas), preventative education on body posture and alignment, and lengthening and decompression of the spine.

1:30 PM- 3:00 PM Yin Yoga w/ Christie HOT
Soothing for the body and mind, we use our breath and gravity to guide us deeper into relaxtion with a focus on hip opening and accessing of connective tissues, bypassing all muscular tension. HOT - Suitable for all levels.

5:30 PM- 7:00 PM Beyond Asana w/ Jennifer MILD
Every Friday in January Join Jennifer for this 4 week series to to foster deeper states of concentration, contemplation and connection. Each session will incorporate beginner-intermediate asana, pranayama, bandha and meditation to build the resilience of your physical body, identify and clear mental “blockages” and cultivate a deeper curiosity and self inquiry. You do not have to have experience with advanced asana, breath work, meditative techniques etc. A relationship with Ujjayi pranayama (victorious breathing) and a regular asana practice of at least one year are advised $80 for 4 week series* Series Class - Registration Recommended

Enjoy a challenge and a good sweat in this vigorous flow class. You will move, strengthen and open the body while building a beautiful connection to the breath. New to yoga? Desiring a slower, more detailed and interactive class structure? Look no further, Intro to Yoga is for you! This series will help you to embody the physical practice of yoga through discussion and practice of: appropriate breathing alignment and energetics of basic standing balances, forward bends, backbends, hip mobilizers, twists etc. fundamentals of vinyasa (flow) or linking movement with breath Centering and restorative tools for rest, relaxation and self inquiry...and MORE Jennifer will provide appropriate modifications for you and YOUR practice, recognizing that every body is different (a beautiful thing!). Yin and Meditation In Yin Yoga tension in the bodily structure is relaxed slowly allowing for a release in the deeper web of connective tissue. By allowing gravity and time to stretch the fascia around the joints we set the body up to sit more comfortably and longer in meditation. In this 75 minute class intentionally sequenced Yin poses serve to relax the body while meditation works to evolve the mind towards personal clarity and connection. Each session will end with ample time in deep rest. Come to calm the mind, open the door to peace, and build a relationship with yourSelf. *Jennifer is mindful in her approach to yin yoga as not to overstretch the body. This class isn’t about extreme flexibility, it’s about opening personal space for ease and steadiness. No experience with either yin yoga or meditation is needed to benefit from this practice.

A flow and yin yoga class with poses selected for women's wellness. Using breathing, mudras, core and full body strengthening from Yoga and Ayurveda to support the many stages ( postpartum, motherhood, PMS, Peri menopausal and menopausal) of being a woman. We will focus on poses and techniques that support our emotional and physical strength, while connecting with our feminine energies. Enliven the goddess!

4:00 PM- 4:45 PM Kid's Yoga: K - 2nd w/ Denise MILD
K - 2nd Having fun and learning to connect with others is part of the wonder of this age group. They will learn simple fun yoga poses that engage their imaginations. Tactile props, short stories, and music will take them on a journey to being active. Their flexible minds and bodies lend to wide eyed wonder at all they are capable of. $10/class Call or email the studio to register. Alignment Flow - is a class that is based on authentic movement with intentional flow. Expect to practice sun salutations with creative posture variations and sequencing. Learn by engaging postural holds that cue alignment and stability. This will not be a heat building power flow class, but a transforming, conscious practice that promotes challenging your strength with basic and advanced postures. Every class will have a peak advanced pose that is built around an innovative progression of postures. Anticipate vibrant themes, a playful music playlist, and lots of humor as we lightheartedly explore some of what we excel in, and some of why we come to yoga to practice.

A slow and soothing class aimed at calming the central nervous system and releasing tension in the body. Some of the postures are restorative in nature and utilize blocks, bolsters and straps, wile others are more Yin in nature. These postures are aimed specifically at deeper layers of the body and releasing, what are sometimes, long held patterns of tension and stress. This class seeks to sooth body, mind and spirit. It is suitable for all levels, including those new to yoga and those looking to release, relax and restore.

Restorative yoga and reiki is a warm, healing practice combining restorative asana, subtle essential oils, and reiki for deep relaxation, energy balancing, and improving sleep. The practice begins with a short period of gentle yoga to ease the mind and body into a prop supported, restorative asana. After modifications and adjustments are offered for optimal positioning and comfort, reiki techniques are applied for the provision of positive energy and supporting overall well-being. Pranayama (breathing exercises), body sensing and meditative techniques are also practiced to bring you towards a deeper relaxation and a restorative, healing state.

6:00 AM- 7:00 AM Rise and Yam w/ Tish HOT
Awaken your energy through breath and movement. This class flows through sequences of poses to build strength, flexibility, concentration and connection. An early morning practice encourages a calm and centered mind, as you move through the rest of your day with awareness… Enjoy the afterglow of yoga!!!

8:30 AM- 9:30 AM "Just Yoga" w/ Jennifer WARM
This practice begins with the breath. From there we weave the breath into a comprehensive practice of movement and stillness, life affirming mantra, rejuvenating relaxation and meditation to enliven the body and promote positive states of mind. With a focus on health and wellbeing the physical practice is often challenging yet balanced with options for all; asana is used more as a tool for self exploration than for achieving an aesthetic. Subtle techniques are intelligently woven in to enhance your relationship with your body and your higher self. I invite you to step out of your expectations and perceived limitations in to the vast possibility that lives within you.

11:45 AM- 1:00 PM Yin & Meditation w/ Jennifer WARM
Yin and Meditation In Yin Yoga tension in the bodily structure is relaxed slowly allowing for a release in the deeper web of connective tissue. By allowing gravity and time to stretch the fascia around the joints we set the body up to sit more comfortably and longer in meditation. In this 75 minute class intentionally sequenced Yin poses serve to relax the body while meditation works to evolve the mind towards personal clarity and connection. Each session will end with ample time in deep rest. Come to calm the mind, open the door to peace, and build a relationship with yourSelf. *Jennifer is mindful in her approach to yin yoga as not to overstretch the body. This class isn’t about extreme flexibility, it’s about opening personal space for ease and steadiness. No experience with either yin yoga or meditation is needed to benefit from this practice.

5:30 PM- 6:45 PM Warm Flow and Yin w/ Tish WARM
This class begins with a strong, breath focused vinyasa flow to awaken your energy through movement. The poses build heat, strength and focus… then the practice transitions to more cooling, calming and restorative poses. The body and mind relax into stillness and are deeply nourished by the balance of yang & yin.

7:15 PM- 8:30 PM Slow Flow w/ Alana WARM
Flow into the week with this slow meditative practice. This class combines breath, strength, stretch and relaxation aiming to create a balance between effort and ease. All levels welcome!

Inspired from Bikram sequence. Postures incorporate balance, strength, and flexibility. Being taught by a certified Bikram teacher. This class is Recommended for everyone. Whether you are coming to challenge yourself or coming to get out of the cold and enjoy the heat, this class is for you.

11:45 AM- 1:00 PM Gentle Yoga for Back Care w/ Christie MILD
Safely work out knots, kinks, injuries, and chronic pain in the back and neck. Gentle and therapeutic, this class focuses on alleviating back and neck pain, stretching and strengthening the muscle sets associated with back care (including core and psoas), preventative education on body posture and alignment, and lengthening and decompression of the spine.

1:30 PM- 2:30 PM Women's Wellness Yoga w/ Brooke WARM
A flow and yin yoga class with poses selected for women's wellness. Using breathing, mudras, core and full body strengthening from Yoga and Ayurveda to support the many stages ( postpartum, motherhood, PMS, Peri menopausal and menopausal) of being a woman. We will focus on poses and techniques that support our emotional and physical strength, while connecting with our feminine energies. Enliven the goddess!

4:00 PM- 4:45 PM Kid's Yoga: K - 2nd w/ Denise MILD
K - 2nd Having fun and learning to connect with others is part of the wonder of this age group. They will learn simple fun yoga poses that engage their imaginations. Tactile props, short stories, and music will take them on a journey to being active. Their flexible minds and bodies lend to wide eyed wonder at all they are capable of. $10/class Call or email the studio to register. You may also show up 15 minutes early if there is space and register.

5:30 PM- 6:45 PM Warm Slow Flow w/ Sarah WARM
Alignment Flow - is a class that is based on authentic movement with intentional flow. Expect to practice sun salutations with creative posture variations and sequencing. Learn by engaging postural holds that cue alignment and stability. This will not be a heat building power flow class, but a transforming, conscious practice that promotes challenging your strength with basic and advanced postures. Every class will have a peak advanced pose that is built around an innovative progression of postures. Anticipate vibrant themes, a playful music playlist, and lots of humor as we lightheartedly explore some of what we excel in, and some of why we come to yoga to practice.

7:15 PM- 8:30 PM Gentle Restorative and YIN w/ Christie WARM
A slow and soothing class aimed at calming the central nervous system and releasing tension in the body. Some of the postures are restorative in nature and utilize blocks, bolsters and straps, wile others are more Yin in nature. These postures are aimed specifically at deeper layers of the body and releasing, what are sometimes, long held patterns of tension and stress. This class seeks to sooth body, mind and spirit. It is suitable for all levels, including those new to yoga and those looking to release, relax and restore.

  suggested for beginners or anyone who hasn't done yoga in "20 years" and wants to get back into it. (this is only a guide, beginners are welcome to any class)
