8:00 AM- 9:30 AM Dynamic Hot Flow w/ Tish HOT
Enjoy a challenge and a good sweat in this vigorous flow class. You will move, strengthen and open the body while building a beautiful connection to the breath. The powerful, flowing sequences help to cleanse and refresh the body, while drawing the mind toward a relaxed and meditative state. The practice winds down with longer held stretches and a rejuvenating savasana.

10:00 AM- 11:30 AM Hot 26 w/ Sean HOT
Inspired from Bikram sequence. Postures incorporate balance, strength, and flexibility. Being taught by a certified Bikram teacher. This class is Recommended for everyone. Whether you are coming to challenge yourself or coming to get out of the cold and enjoy the heat, this class is for you.

12:30 PM- 2:00 PM Slow Flow & Yin w/ Christie WARM
This class begins with a strong, breath focused vinyasa flow to awaken your energy through movement. The poses build heat, strength and focus… then the practice transitions to more cooling, calming and restorative poses. The body and mind relax into stillness and are deeply nourished by the balance of yang & yin.

5:15 PM- 6:30 PM Buti Yoga, Brew & Bros (Men take class FREE) w/ Tamara WARM
Buti means “a cure that has been hidden or kept secret” and it’s amazing what you can uncover through yoga and movement. Buti Yoga gives the opportunity to soulfully blend power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal dance, conditioning and deep abdominal core work. The movement method tones and sculpts the body while facilitating inner transformation and detoxification on the physical, energetic and emotional levels. Be prepared to sweat with intention and surprise yourself, but leave feeling empowered and energized! After this Saturday night's Buti Yoga we will plan to walk to a nearby brewery for a beer or two.

YAM thinks everyone should be able to enjoy yoga! On Sundays we offer a "Community Day" discount (a $7.00 minimum). We feature a different YAM instructor every week! Yoga is for everyone, so come one, come all! Beginners, those with limitations, children, and experienced, alike are welcome in this ME-day flow. Check your ego at the door and get your mind in tune with your body. Experienced instruction paired with deep compassion! 85 degrees.

4:15 PM- 5:30 PM 7 Chakras Yin w/ Tucker MILD
This gentle yet transformative class will take practitioners on a journey from root to crown of the Hindu energy system. By freeing up blockages in each of the seven energy centers of the body, we will clear a path for freshly oxygenated blood and prana to flow into our entire being. The results will leave the practitioner feeling relaxed and calm, yet invigorated and vibrant.

This practice begins with the breath. From there we weave the breath into a comprehensive practice of movement and stillness, life affirming mantra, rejuvenating relaxation and meditation to enliven the body and promote positive states of mind. With a focus on health and wellbeing the physical practice is often challenging yet balanced with options for all; asana is used more as a tool for self exploration than for achieving an aesthetic. Subtle techniques are intelligently woven in to enhance your relationship with your body and your higher self. I invite you to step out of your expectations and perceived limitations in to the vast possibility that lives within you.

11:45 AM- 1:00 PM Yin & Meditation w/ Jennifer WARM
Yin and Meditation In Yin Yoga tension in the bodily structure is relaxed slowly allowing for a release in the deeper web of connective tissue. By allowing gravity and time to stretch the fascia around the joints we set the body up to sit more comfortably and longer in meditation. In this 75 minute class intentionally sequenced Yin poses serve to relax the body while meditation works to evolve the mind towards personal clarity and connection. Each session will end with ample time in deep rest. Come to calm the mind, open the door to peace, and build a relationship with yourSelf. *Jennifer is mindful in her approach to yin yoga as not to overstretch the body. This class isn’t about extreme flexibility, it’s about opening personal space for ease and steadiness. No experience with either yin yoga or meditation is needed to benefit from this practice.

Tuesday, November 20th

6:00 AM- 8:00 AM Open Practice w/ Jennifer WARM
Come as you are. Any level. Any interest. This is your time to explore! Jennifer will be in the studio from 6am-8am Tuesdays and Thursdays to hold space for you and your journey. Come for any of the following reasons. They are all perfect!: •Receive skilled hands on assists and adjustments (or not) •Ask questions, receive feedback on your practice (or not) •Learn new asana or subtle techniques as appropriate •Practice (or rest) in a warm room with the healing benefits of infrared heat •Learn and practice meditation techniques •Use the props for restorative or yin yoga •...or just come to feel the energy of the community while you do your own thing (safely please)! Jennifer will offer you as much space as you require or as much attention as you need. While this may feel similar to a mysore style practice it is not specific to any lineage or school. However you practice you are welcome. You can be a relatively new practitioner or very seasoned. You will be supported as you are. No judgement, no expectations...just you and the mat! It is suggested that you arrive no later than 7:15am as the session will end promptly at 8am. Simply sign in at the front desk when you arrive and come on in!

Safely work out knots, kinks, injuries, and chronic pain in the back and neck. Gentle and therapeutic, this class focuses on alleviating back and neck pain, stretching and strengthening the muscle sets associated with back care (including core and psoas), preventative education on body posture and alignment, and lengthening and decompression of the spine.

5:30 PM- 6:45 PM Warm Slow Flow w/ Sarah WARM
Alignment Flow - is a class that is based on authentic movement with intentional flow. Expect to practice sun salutations with creative posture variations and sequencing. Learn by engaging postural holds that cue alignment and stability. This will not be a heat building power flow class, but a transforming, conscious practice that promotes challenging your strength with basic and advanced postures. Every class will have a peak advanced pose that is built around an innovative progression of postures. Anticipate vibrant themes, a playful music playlist, and lots of humor as we lightheartedly explore some of what we excel in, and some of why we come to yoga to practice.

7:15 PM- 8:30 PM Gentle Restorative and YIN w/ Christie WARM
A slow and soothing class aimed at calming the central nervous system and releasing tension in the body. Some of the postures are restorative in nature and utilize blocks, bolsters and straps, wile others are more Yin in nature. These postures are aimed specifically at deeper layers of the body and releasing, what are sometimes, long held patterns of tension and stress. This class seeks to sooth body, mind and spirit. It is suitable for all levels, including those new to yoga and those looking to release, relax and restore.

The Kaiut Yoga Method was created by the Brazilian chiropractor and yogi Francisco Kaiut. This class is designed to promote the healthy biomechanical functioning of our joints. The practice unwinds chronic adhesions in the soft tissue and helps to strengthen and unlock the major joints of the body. Both challenging and restorative, this practice is composed of restful, supported Yin postures combined with finely directed micro engagements that together trigger a release of scar tissue and promote healing. Participants will experience profound, regenerative, pain-relieving effects in their whole mind-body system. Come lavish and fortify yourself in the wisdom of this burgeoning school of practice. All levels and bodies welcome—this therapy is for all!

Integrating yoga asanas, for strength and flexibility, with Pilates balance and core strengthening moves. Appropriate for all levels

Restorative yoga and reiki is a warm, healing practice combining restorative asana, subtle essential oils, and reiki for deep relaxation, energy balancing, and improving sleep. The practice begins with a short period of gentle yoga to ease the mind and body into a prop supported, restorative asana. After modifications and adjustments are offered for optimal positioning and comfort, reiki techniques are applied for the provision of positive energy and supporting overall well-being. Pranayama (breathing exercises), body sensing and meditative techniques are also practiced to bring you towards a deeper relaxation and a restorative, healing state.
