Private Yoga Sessions at YAM

 

Individual Yoga Sessions:

  • $75/hour 
  • $105/1.5 hour

 

Yoga Parties:

Yoga parties are great for sharing time and enjoying the company of loved ones, friends, or co-workers. Everybody can de-stress, relax, get energized, leave refreshed and feeling great! You get the full use of the studio. Booked on Friday or Saturday evenings.

Option One - $175/1.5 hr - up to 10 guests (1 hour yoga session)

Option Two - $225/2 hr - up to 10 guests (75 minute yoga session)

Each additional guest is $10 for both options.

Yoga parties are great for:

  • Social Gatherings
  • Pampering Parties

All yoga parties will include a certified yoga instructor and the ability to customize the class to your liking. We will need to know any special requests at the time of booking.

The yoga teacher will guide the guests through a hatha yoga, hot yoga, or vinyasa yoga practice demonstrating and explaining poses and why we do them as well as explain the benefits of breath work. The yoga class can be energetic and vigorous or gentle and restorative, or something in between.

The yoga class will be made to suit all levels from beginners to the more advance yoga practitioners. A typical yoga party includes yoga, relaxation, a time to ask questions, and then time to socialize with friends and family.

**Payment is due IN-FULL to reserve your yoga party. You can pay by cash, check, or credit card (credit card payments can not be split between guests).  A refund will be issued (minus a $50.00 booking fee) if cancelled before 48 hours of the party. No refund will be given if cancelled within 48 hours of the party.
Note! Each guest will need to sign a waiver prior to engaging in yoga at the party. Those eighteen and under will need a parent or legal guardian signature on their waiver. Parents may stop in anytime before the party or the day of to sign the waiver.
