Alana Anderson, Yoga Instructor
Alana fonud yoga 9 years ago in an Ashtanga class while teaching and living in La Paz, Bolivia. As a runner, she was drawn to the physical aspect of yoga, but as time went on she found it to be a space of self-discovery, healing, and growth.
Over the years, Alana has practiced Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin. She completed her RYT 200 at Asheville Yoga Center, where she uncovered a passion for slow, meditative yoga. Alana teaches English as a Second Language and, when not on her yoga mat or at work, enjoys trail running, traveling, and hiking local peaks with her husband.
